Bridal party made a very demure entry — only for the groom’s squad to drop a saucy twist and steal the show

Most people celebrate their weddings in an elegant and traditional way, embracing the timeless spirit of the occasion. However, some young couples are increasingly choosing a modern twist to honor their extraordinary moment. A contrasting scenario unfolded when a bride and her squad decided to stun guests with their graceful entrance during a well-planned destination wedding, while the groom’s side hilariously upstaged them by incorporating elements of rock and pop. The woman of the moment, Alexis SueAnn—who goes by @alexissueann on Instagram—shared how her fiancé’s friends showcased their splendid dancing skills in what turned out to be a delightful clash of styles between the two groups. A widely circulating video, shot by "Bali Jakarta Wedding Paparazzi," captured the multi-ethnic couple’s attempt to blend different cultural values into their special day, preserving its endearing memories forever.

It all began with the bride and her bridal party making their entrance with poise and elegance. The women, dressed in exquisite royal blue gowns, walked in perfect synchronization, each holding a bouquet of flowers. The guests at the wholesome event were delighted to witness the "bride’s gang" exuding exceptional sophistication and charm, basking in the spotlight. In contrast, the groom’s side made their presence felt with an unexpected move, adding an element of surprise to the celebration. The 16-second fast-paced footage also captured a glimpse of SueAnn walking down the aisle, escorted by a family member, as guests recorded the emotional moment on their phones.

"POV: When you and your bridesmaids plan a demure entrance to get people emotional," the text overlay sets the context as SueAnn and her friends arrive at the venue. Without much delay, the scene transitioned to the groomsmen hilariously grooving to the iconic "Titanic" romantic number, “My Heart Will Go On.” The dramatic plot twist to the otherwise serious event sparked a wave of laughter among the guests. Notably, the young couple, who happens to be popular on social media, decided to tie the knot nearly two years after their first unplanned date in Bali. In one of the scenes, the groom, Marcin Wojtkowiak, a Kuala Lumpur-based professional Latin dancer, was seen performing some hilarious moves. His friends twerked and mimicked the legendary pop icon Michael Jackson, energizing the wedding with their positive vibes. “Ngl, gotta love the contrast,” SueAnn wrote in the description of the clip.

Furthermore, the former Miss Malaysia, who donned an elegant wedding dress, remained calm throughout the entire act, winning hearts online for her grace and simplicity. Meanwhile, their wedding video became an instant hit on social media, garnering 2.9 million views and 171,000 likes. The clip was first posted on January 27, 2025. Among the countless reactions it received, @chaitalinath jokingly remarked, “Bros bypassed the bachelor’s party and danced at the wedding.” Adding to this, @mrnx.1 offered an explanation, stating, “Because it was getting too aesthetic and someone had to break the code.” “That’s the most guy thing I’ve seen this year,” @in5tagram_us3r emphasized. “The girls over-understood the assignment,” @its_official.simiszn echoed similar sentiments.
