When 22-year-old Angeline Charlim had to travel from Indonesia to the Philippines alone, her boyfriend, Heintrick Tan, ensured she had company, according to Newsweek. Charlim couldn't help but post her Filipino boyfriend's adorable efforts on TikTok, which went viral instantly.

Late this August, Charlim—who goes by @angelliinneee on TikTok—shared glimpses of her boyfriend arriving at the airport in Jakarta, Indonesia. Tan flew over 4 hours from the Philippines to pick up his Indonesian girlfriend. The text overlay on the video reads, "Settle for less? No. He flew across the country just to pick me up and make me go back with him." Tan was in Jakarta just for a couple of days to ensure that his girlfriend and her parents did not have to worry about her flying alone. "He wanted to show my parents that he's serious about our relationship," Charlim told the outlet.

Tan's beautiful gesture deeply moved Charlim, as the pair had been in a long-distance relationship. "I am very grateful to have such a considerate man in my life who thought of a way to bring me over to see him. That made me feel extra appreciated and loved," she said. It turns out that the idea of picking up Charlim from Indonesia popped into Tan's mind at the very last minute. Seeing him arrive at the airport was "so surreal" for Charlim because she never expected him to accompany her on the flight back to the Philippines, which she dreaded.

The TikTok video garnered over 203K views in just a week and people were swooning over the couple's wholesome relationship. "Oh my God! So cute. Me being afraid of flying alone, I need this," said @lolouiseloves. "Wow! The effort," exclaimed @plutoreviews. "His actions showed me that where there's a will, there's a way," a proud Charlim said. She was elated to see such positive responses to her video. "Every relationship has its own ups and downs, no matter how perfect it seems. There are always sacrifices that you need to make in order to make it work, especially for long-distance relationships. These sacrifices will make the relationship stronger," she added.

Speaking of considerate boyfriends, one man's efforts to pamper his girlfriend who stayed over at his place won the internet's hearts. Niamh Gallagher—who goes by @nniamhgallagher on TikTok—shared a video of how her boyfriend stocked up his cabinet of women's products. "My boyfriend told me he got a few things for me for when I stay over. Sobbing," the text overlay of the video reads. The cabinet had a menstrual pad, a bottle of micellar water to remove makeup, a tube of hand cream, a hairspray can, a deodorant, a lip balm and even a scrunchie. What more could a woman expect?
