The Irwin family has always tried to use their legacy and fame to help creatures with no voice of their own in the world. Steve Irwin spent his entire life trying to bring attention to the fact that living in the world should be a collaborative effort between humans and animals. His legacy has been taken forward marvelously by his wife, son and daughter. Now, they focus on providing those same ideals and teachings to the next generation.

They understand the privilege of their platform and therefore want the next generation to continue using it for the sake of their beloved animals. Hence, Bindi Irwin, since the birth of her daughter Grace, has been involving her in all the philanthropic activities undertaken by the family. Recently she took her to a zoo meeting and judging by the video posted on Instagram, it turned out to be an adorable affair enjoyed by all the parties.

In the video, Bindi shares that her daughter has been enjoying all the activities in the zoo and wants to participate in the meeting. "Grace requested to come to our #AustraliaZoo staff meeting with us and gave a fabulous update on koalas. She's also been saying 'thank you for your hard work' to everyone since the meeting and it makes us laugh every time. I love getting to share life with Grace and I feel so lucky to be her mama," Bindi wrote in the caption.

Bindi is happy at the interest her daughter takes in the zoo. In the beginning, she jokingly states, "To be honest, it's Grace who runs the zoo and makes all the big decisions." Thereafter, the video shifts to Bindi and Grace in the zoo meeting. Grace is in Bindi's arms and the meeting is being conducted at the famous "Crocoseum" of the zoo. Crocoseum is the result of one of the lifelong dreams held by Steve Irwin to allow Zoo visitors to witness crocodiles in their element. Through this, he wanted to educate the public about the true nature of crocodiles and remove misconceptions regarding them and their species. It was an emotional vision seeing his daughter and granddaughter in that place that he dreamt of but couldn't see come to a realization.

Bindi starts off the meeting by thanking everyone for their hard work. She expresses her gratefulness to them for handling everything so effortlessly. Grace helped her mother by reminding her of the cutest contributors, the koalas. It makes Bindi add, "Yeah, koalas -- koalas are great too," generating laughter from the staff.

The comment section was in complete awe of the mother-daughter pair. @missrissadesiree pointed out the adorable similarities between Bindi and Grace, "Flashbacks of little Bindi once saying, 'It's my zoo and I'm going to run it someday.' We love a girl boss legacy." @minloveswombats loved the meeting and commented, "I would much prefer to come to your staff meetings. Beautiful children, talk of koalas, and over in 1 minute." @alyssa_tomcho had positive words of appreciation for Grace and wrote, "She's going to be such a leader when she grows up! And you're modeling that perfectly for her and inspiring her to be a fearless woman!"
