For decades, greedy human beings have been snatching wildlife resources and intruding upon their habitats and therefore, it is only fair that animals also get an opportunity to partake in human affairs. A bear did exactly that by joining the employees of American Plate Glass as their supervisor, per Bored Panda. However, this employee could not resist his temptation and decided to help himself to his coworker's lunch without seeking their permission. The coworkers caught him and decided to make an adorable video out of it. Later on, he was named Barry.

This incident occurred in New Hampshire where a bear reached the American Plate Glass company's van attracted by the smell of food carefully packed in lunchboxes. After seeing the bear eating their food, the employees decided to do a Facetime call to their boss so that they can inform them about the situation at hand. In the video, the employee asks their boss, “What do you think is in that truck right now?” What the boss was about to witness, was beyond their wildest imagination—a bear was relishing nuts and other delicacies on the front seat of the truck.

The employees shared that the bear did not just stop at the nuts. One of them said, “The bear sat there for five to ten minutes and then grabbed my cooler.” The employees were shocked at the bear's skill as he managed to reach the truck without anybody noticing. He probably decided to devour the trail-mix nuts lunch box first because of the smell and then went on to choose randomly from other boxes. The next lunch box chosen by the bear gave the cutie a bit of a challenge as it had a zipper and he couldn't open it.

Ultimately the workers decided to get the bear away from the truck as they needed the vehicle for their job. The guys from the team chased the bear away and the animal decided to set base 50 feet away from the work area of American Plate Glass Company. He watched them for a while and then took a nap. Melinda Scott who watched everything from Facetime shared with 7 News, “There is not a single scratch on the box truck. He did no damage. He just had lunch and took a nap.”

Unfortunately Barry the Bear's lack of boundaries regarding lunch boxes led to him losing his job with American Plate Glass as updated on their Facebook page, "Barry the bear has unfortunately been terminated from American Plate Glass due to: stealing, work out of uniform and having “bear” feet in the glass industry. OSHA frowns on these infractions!". Though the internet cannot get enough of Barry's cuteness, it is important to understand that many bears become aggressive because their habitat is being constantly encroached upon. Therefore, humans must be careful and compassionate in their interaction with wildlife, they must never spook the animals or feed them human food.
