Waiting to board a flight can be tedious, especially when it is delayed. People do several things to keep themselves occupied during that time, like reading, shopping, eating and so on. However, sometimes, boredom and travel-related stress ask for something bigger and better to take your mind off things. What could be better than a full-fledged runway created on the pre-boarding aisle that gives passengers a chance to make some noise and have fun? That's exactly what Southwest Airlines did for its passenger models. One of the passengers, Cori—who goes by @nashvillenuggets on TikTok—shared a wholesome video of passengers on a "runway."

"Southwest uses boarding gate as passenger model runway," the text overlay of the video read. A huge audience of passengers was for the passengers walking through the runway as they put their best foot forward to entertain everyone. The first woman who walked was dressed in a floral shirt, jeans, a hat and a trench coat. She even made her luggage look like a fashion statement with the way she walked across the runway while enjoying herself. "Get it, get it, yes. We only have seven minutes," an airline employee announced as another woman walked by with style in an all-black tracksuit. "Come on down, come on down," someone can be heard saying. "Let's go, aye, aye, aye."

A woman wearing a black mask, a blue cap, a white t-shirt and jeans walked next while dancing and clapping her hands up in the air. The next woman wore a turtle neck sweater and jeans and danced with enthusiasm throughout her walk. A woman in a hoodie and floral sweats came in next and kept cheering, "Let's go, buffalo," and soon enough, other people joined her chant and repeated it after her with infectious energy. The woman who had come in first walked once again. She wore her outfit both with and without the trench coat to show off its diversity. However, the chant of "Let's go buffalo" seemed to have stuck as the passengers kept repeating it as the show ended. The caption read, "Who won?"

Strangers enjoying clean fun together. No judging. Just fun. I love this. Bless y'all." @coloradomade_678 commented, "I was at this gate a month ago. I told my best friend I would call her when I got to my gate… I could not call her once I got to my gate."

@nat_way remarked, "Wait, Nashville Southwest always does these things! Last time, my friend and I were in a paper plane contest. The winner won a $100 Southwest voucher. It was so fun." @crystalllm shared, "Yellow jacket killed it and pink pants started a whole chant and then you got the open-back sweater with the groovy vibe!" @jamaicanrudeboy1989 expressed, "I'm glad to see they are back having fun. I remember when we used to do it and give away travel credits; now we get in trouble." @noelgodfrey disclosed, "I know people hate on Southwest, but I love that airline! They have employees with personalities and I like that for them!"
