Adorable young girl has the sweetest reaction when parents surprise her with a dream come true

The sort of joy and gratitude that kids carry is unfathomable. Besides, unlike adults, they do not shy away from expressing it. They go all out to show their emotions when they are gifted something. In a video posted on Reddit by u/baconroll2022, a girl begins to cry when she finds a special and unexpected gift from her parents. The video starts with the child entering her room with her bag and finding a kitten in a box. She starts crying while picking it up and then takes the cat to her bed, hugging it tightly. The girl then turns to her mother, who is behind the camera and asks her, "Do we get to keep it?" Upon hearing her mother's "yes," she becomes more emotional.

Her mom then asks her if she is happy, and she says, "Yes, mumma, I am." She continues, "I am, mommy, I am. Thank you, Mommy." She keeps saying thank you to her mother. Then hugs her kitten and says, "I love it, mumma." To which the parent replies, "I thought you would." In the end, the cat also begins to play with the girl. Looking at the child's response, it is fair to say that her parents have raised her right and she does not take anything given to her for granted.

The video captioned, "The incredible joy of the girl who received her surprise gift," gained 48k upvotes on Reddit. People on the platform loved the child's response to having a new pet. u/financial_guru_4291 commented, "Omg, my heart just melted about 20 times. She's so happy! Talking of surprises, a young boy became emotional when he was reunited with his friend who lived out of the state. The text overlay in a video of the heartwarming reunion reads, "These two friends were separated after one family moved to Florida." In the clip, when one kid meets the other, he starts tearfully hugging his friend. The family members can be heard asking the child who flew in, "Are you happy, baby?"
