This was a fun experience. We were getting back on the train and Isaac started saying hello to everyone and asked if they were okay. Each passenger reacted with great joy." Well, Isaac probably made their day with his small and sweet gesture.

In a similar story, a barber from Cincinnati, Ohio went viral for giving free haircuts to kids with sensory issues such as Down Syndrome. Since haircut days are stressful for parents who have a child requiring special needs, Vernon Jackson opens up his shop to organize what he calls "The Gifted Event" each month for a day and welcomes such kids and their parents to get them free haircuts.

Down Syndrome is caused by an extra partial (or complete) copy of chromosome 21 present in the human body. It exists in all parts of the world and has varying effects on learning styles, physical traits and health of a person diagnosed with this condition. People with Down Syndrome require adequate health care, early intervention initiatives, inclusive education and suitable research to aid their growth and development.
