Pracht asks her if everything is okay and that he showed up because someone from the house had made a 911 call. The woman takes a guess as to what might have happened and says, "We can talk to my son," and tells her son to come out. The officer finds out that the boy had a disconnected cell phone with him and that he probably made the call. He calmly explains to the youngster when he should dial the emergency number.

The mother asks him if he made a call to the police. The boy replies, "Well, I wanted to give him a hug!" The boy hugs the officer while his mother checks the call logs. The boy shares with the officer that he knows his number. Pracht explains, "Yeah, but you know what that's for? It's if you're in trouble if you need help. Or if somebody you know is around and that's in trouble and needs help."
