94-year-old man checking up on sick neighbor makes chicken soup and personally delivers it to him

Having nice neighbors can really be a big blessing for a person. Such neighbors often come through and offer help when one really needs it. A man on TikTok, who goes by @mrbobkindness, shared a heartwarming video that documented how his 94-year-old neighbor, Bob, provided care for him when he was sick. The video that showcased the footage from the door has gained 2.6 million views and over 5k comments on the social media platform. He wrote in the caption, "Mr. Bob is the greatest! Make him go viral you all." As the video begins, we can see the kind old man climb up the stairs slowly, holding the chicken noodle soup container in his hands. 

He rings the doorbell and patiently waits for the man to get to the door. An automated voice comes up asking him to leave a message. Bob continues to wait, and eventually, the man opens the door. He immediately gives the man the chicken noodle soup and asks him how he is feeling. The man replies, "I'm feeling better. Thank you, Mr. Bob." The old man shares that he just wanted to check up on him and also gives out a treat for the man's dog. 

The man tells him that he does not want to get him sick, at which point Bob suggests that he should eat the food while it is hot. Before he leaves, Bob points out how the man didn't sound too good and leaves. People were very touched to see the old man's gesture and shared their thoughts in the comments section. @madelynnnnichole1 commented, "Take Mr. Bob to lunch or make him some dinner. That old boy just wants people to be around." @njs470 said, "That is so sweet! I love older people. They don't make them like this anymore." 

The cases of elderly people proving to be great examples of generosity and kindness just melt our heart. A bookshop owner decided to return the kindness to an old lady who kept visiting his shop and told him on each visit that this was her favorite store. The bookshop, which is called "Turn The Page Books and Music," shared the incident in a Facebook post. They wrote, "Every human should treat others with respect and kindness." They then introduced their online followers to Vicky Denton, an 81-year-old woman who was very sweet and kind.

The post read, "She's 81 years young and every time she stops in my store, she says hello and tells me that this is her favorite store. I love hearing that and because she is so kind, on one shopping trip right before Easter last year, I told her the books would be at no charge." Even though Denton accepted all of the books at the time, she came back to the store to return some of them. The owner wrote, "Today she returned some books and I told her to go grab a bag full of books and let's call us even. I love making her day because she makes my day. Being kind doesn't take much."
