It's no secret the world today is obsessed with the 1990s. Particularly now, when so much of our lives are lived online, reliving memories of the last era without the internet and social media—aka the "good old days"—while filling our hearts with a nostalgic warmth. Sure, we didn't have Netflix or Hulu or any of the gazillion other streaming services that we have today, but we also didn't find ourselves constantly grappling with FOMO because we didn't have time to watch every new release. Sure, technological advances have made it easier to stay in touch with our loved ones but do you remember the last time you didn't begin your day doom-scrolling through your phone? Things were much simpler back then and the fact that we all miss the '90s so much is proof that sometimes, less truly is more.
