An Australian toddler spread smiles across social media this week after her parents posted a video of the 2-year-old proclaiming several empowering affirmations. In a short clip posted by The Dimi Family on Instagram, young Aleksandra Dimitrievski is seen happily reciting self-love mantras with such infectious confidence that we can't help but feel a little inspired. "Hey!" the youngster begins, "I say to myself, You are bold, you are brilliant, you are beautiful! Today you will not let other people's words affect you. You are worthy of greatness!" Aleksandra ends the video with the sweetest "I love you," and a flying kiss.

Speaking to Good Morning America about her daughter's viral message, Aleksandra's mother and content creator, Sofia Dimitrievski, revealed how it all began. "I was doing my makeup one day and Aleksandra climbed into my lap so I started saying some affirmations, and she would repeat them but with such passion," she shared "It was so cute. So I thought I'd try getting her to repeat longer ones." Dimitrievski added that the affirmations her daughter repeated were from supermodel and body-positive advocate Ashley Graham. "I love her because she is such a beautiful positive light," she said.

The proud mom revealed that since they began sharing Aleksandra's enlightening affirmations on TikTok, they've received positive feedback from thousands. "We started posting Aleksandra’s affirmation videos on TikTok and the response was overwhelming," she told TODAY Parents. "We had so many comments on how happy our videos made people, how it calmed their anxiety and even saved their life." The Sydney-based mother-of-two explained that the idea to post the daily affirmations on social media stemmed from a heartbreaking event in her life event: her brother's early death 10 years ago due to mental health-related issues.

"Mental health is something very close to my heart," Dimitrievski said. "I lost my brother ten years ago due to it and my daughter is named after him which makes this even more special because she is now helping spread love and joy to the world." The family has since posted a few more videos of Aleksandra's affirmations on Instagram. Dimitrievski revealed that the young girl enjoys making the videos, which are created in a single take. "It’s crazy considering she’s a 2-year-old," she explained, adding that each video takes around five minutes to film. "That's why I just know she was meant to do these messages so we can make people happy."

Dimitrievski hopes her daughter's words will continue to spread joy and give hope to people who really need it. "When my brother passed I couldn't find joy anymore," she said. "To be honest, I didn't want to until one day I woke up and thought I have to keep going. I need to do it for both of us. Not everyone can do that. So to know that my family, especially my daughter, can make people's days and lives better by bringing happiness into their home with our videos honestly is the greatest gift we could ever receive."

"I hope they really listen to our messages to follow their heart and their dreams, but above all else to believe in themselves... and who better to be their cheerleader than a beautiful passionate baby," Dimitrievski added. "To know that my family, especially my daughter can make people's days and lives better by bringing happiness into their home with our videos is honestly is the greatest gift we could ever receive."
