In the clip, young Benji stands before a crowd, his voice trembling with emotion as he speaks about his sister Cindy Villanueva and her new husband, Jose Villanueva. Benji reminisced about his close bond with Cindy, saying, “Now every day, I wake up there is no one awake. I used to talk to Cindy every morning, even if she was working, she would take time for me. Take time to talk to me.” He shared how they would chat about school and even bake cookies together, highlighting how special their relationship was. "She's my best friend," he said in the speech.

Turning to Jose, Benji expressed his gratitude, “And Jose, I want to thank you because you’ve been like a brother to me since we first met. Your kindness means a lot, and I wish you both a wonderful future together.” As he spoke, tears filled his eyes, and his sister and brother-in-law couldn’t hold back their own tears, applauding his heartfelt words.

The video quickly garnered attention drawing more than 2,40,000 likes and over 1,400 comments since August 29, showing just how deeply Benji’s words resonated with people everywhere. Cindy Villanueva shared that her youngest brother, Benji, surprised everyone with a heartfelt, impromptu speech at her wedding on August 10, as per GMA. Despite being nervous and not typically expressive, Benji's words deeply moved Cindy and her husband, Jose, causing many guests to tear up, "I couldn't hold it in at that moment. I think more than 75% of people there were crying," said the sister.

Viewers watching the video couldn't hold it back either. "I hope her husband understands that light he took from the family and appreciates the light she will bring into his. I hope every single day you are loved like the day of your wedding," commented @jenn_832. "Nothing like a spouse who understands family ties. I love how they both cried! May god bless this marriage and this sweet, sweet young boy," added @bigglizzl. "Girl I’m over here crying at 4 in the morning stoppppppppp, this was such a cute speech," wrote @jaaazminn__. "Their bond is unbreakable! It’s so beautiful how her husband has a bond with her little brother as well. May the Lord bless this union!" commented @breakadawn23. "They both looked at each other and instantly cried at the same time! Love that deep understanding," prompted @uniquee_mariee.

Cindy, who feels a strong bond with Benji, found his speech especially touching. Despite no longer living together, Cindy and Benji stay in close touch. She encouraged others to nurture their sibling relationships, saying, "What I would want people to know is keep a close relationship with your siblings, be there for your siblings, because at the end of the day, family's what's most important."
